We ship orders as quickly as possible — usually within 1–3 business days.

Some items are made to order, which may add a small amount of processing time. If an item requires additional production time, it will be noted on the product page.

By placing an order through this website, you agree to the terms below. These policies exist to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon expectations around shipping, delivery, and service.

All orders are subject to stock availability. While we try to maintain accurate inventory counts on our website, from time to time discrepancies may occur. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to arrange either:

• waiting for the item to be restocked
• a refund for the unavailable item

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

Shipping charges are paid at the time of purchase and will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

We stand behind the products we make.

If something fails due to a manufacturing defect or normal use, we’ll repair or replace it. Our goal is to make gear that lasts, and we’re proud to stand behind it.

Returns

Change of Mind

We accept returns due to change of mind within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item:

• is unused
• is in original packaging
• is in resellable condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be issued as store credit for a future purchase.

Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Delivery

Domestic Shipping

Domestic shipments typically arrive within 2–7 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping

International shipping times generally range from 4–22 days, depending on the courier and destination country.

Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout when selecting your shipping option.

Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us before your order has been dispatched.

P.O. Box Shipping

We can ship to P.O. Boxes using postal services only. Courier services may not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

Out of Stock Items

If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you with options to either wait for restocking or receive a refund.

Delayed Deliveries

If your shipment appears delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow the progress of your shipment.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:

• If possible, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately
• If the parcel was delivered while you were not present, please contact us with photos so we can assist

Duties & Taxes

Sales Tax

Sales tax is applied where required and displayed at checkout.

Import Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

If duties or taxes are refused, the shipment may be returned to us and the return shipping cost will be deducted from any refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible and the order will fall under the return policy.
